Application Scope of Asphalt Pump
保温沥青泵的材质为铸钢,适用于输送350°C以下的无腐蚀性,不含固体颗粒（可有轻微软颗粒）的重油/沥青等各类在常温下有凝固性以及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中要求保温的场合.
The insulating asphalt pump is made of cast steel. It is suitable for transportation of heavy oil/asphalt without solid particles (or light Microsoft particles) and other occasions where solidification occurs at room temperature and insulation is required in outdoor installation and process in alpine areas.
1、沥青泵是一种容积式泵，显著的优点是结构简单、体积小、工作平稳可靠 、压力脉动小、流量稳定、噪音低、效率高。用于沥青库、油田、重油库和导热油蒸气加热，沥青，重油等设备配套。

沥青保温泵工作寿命， 2、沥青保温泵工作制式：分长期工作制，反复短时工作制和短时工作制三种。常规产品均为长期工作制，即线圈允许长期通电工作。对于长时间阀门开通只有短时关闭的情况，则宜选用常开沥青保温泵。用在短时工作制而批量又 很大时，可作特殊订货以降低功耗。
