沥青泵的故障与排除方法
沥青泵的故障与排除方法，保温泵适用于输送介质温度350℃，粘度不大于200mm2/s,不含固体颗粒的沥青、石腊等各类在常温下有凝固性以及高寒地区室外安装和工艺过程中要求保温的场合。
The trouble shooting method of the asphalt pump is that the insulation pump is suitable for the occasions where the temperature of the conveying medium is 350 C, the viscosity is not more than 200 mm2/s, the asphalt and paraffin without solid particles are solidified at room temperature, and the heat preservation is required in the outdoor installation and process in alpine areas.
一、保温泵、沥青泵不出油
I. Insulation pumps and asphalt pumps do not produce oil
1、进出口阀门未打开，进出管道堵塞，流道叶轮堵塞;检查、去处堵塞物。 2、电机运动方向不对，电机缺相，转数很慢;调整电机方向，紧固电机接线。 3、吸入管漏气;拧紧各密封面，排除空气。
1. The inlet and outlet valves are not opened, the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, and the impeller of the flow passage is blocked. Check and remove the blockage. 2. The motor is not moving in the right direction, the motor is out of phase and the speed is very slow; adjust the direction of the motor and tighten the connection of the motor. 3. Leakage of suction pipe; tighten all sealing surfaces to remove air.
4、泵没灌满液体，泵腔内有空气;打开泵上盖或打开排气阀，排尽空气。
4. The pump is not filled with liquid and there is air in the pump chamber. Open the top cover of the pump or the exhaust valve to exhaust the air.
5、YHB齿轮润滑油泵进口供油不足，吸程过高，底阀漏油;停止检查、调整(并网自来油管和带吸程使用易出现此现象)。
5. YHB gear lubricating oil pump import oil supply is insufficient, suction range is too high, bottom valve oil leakage; stop checking and adjustment (grid-connected tap pipe and suction range is easy to use this phenomenon).
6、管路阻力过大，泵选型不当;减少管路弯道，重新选泵

二、保温泵、沥青泵出口压力不足
2. Insufficient outlet pressure of heat preservation pump and asphalt pump
1.液体中有空气;液体中空气 。
1. Air in liquids; air in liquids.
2.转速太低叶轮损坏;泵转速，更换叶轮。
2. The impeller is damaged when the speed is too low; the impeller is replaced when the speed of the pump is too low.
3.出口阀开度过大;调小出口阀。
3. The opening of the outlet valve is too large; the outlet valve is adjusted.
