1、点动电机，试着看电机转向是否正确。启动马达。不锈钢螺杆泵正常运行时，打开出口压力表和入口真空泵，在显示适当压力后逐渐打开闸阀。同时，检查电机负载。
1. Point the motor, try to see if the motor steering is correct. To start the motor. When the stainless steel screw pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, and gradually open the gate valve after displaying the appropriate pressure. At the same time, check the motor load.
2、检查不锈钢螺杆泵管道和接头有无松动现象。用手转动不锈钢螺杆泵，看看它是否有弹性。尽量将不锈钢螺杆泵的流量和扬程控制在标签上标明的范围内，以保证不锈钢螺杆泵在高效率点运行，从而获得不错的节能效果。
2. Check the loosening of stainless steel screw pump pipe and joint. Turn the stainless steel screw pump by hand to see if it is elastic. As far as possible, the flow and head of stainless steel screw pump should be controlled within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the stainless steel screw pump runs at high efficiency point, thus achieving good energy-saving effect.
3、不锈钢螺杆泵运行过程中，轴承温度不得超过环境温度35C，最高温度不得超过80C。定期调整填料压盖，确保填料室内的泄漏正常。
3. During the operation of stainless steel screw pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80C. Regularly adjust the packing cap to ensure that the leakage in the packing chamber is normal.
