Daily maintenance of twin screw pump
1、每日的维护和保养
1. Daily maintenance
1.1在螺杆泵停泵时检查齿轮箱(04)内的油位。若有必要，拆下注油螺塞(131)，加油至油标(106)的中心处为止。 1.2听听是否有异常噪声与震动。
1.1 Check oil level in gear box (04) when screw pump stops. If necessary, remove the fill plug (131) and fill up to the center of the oil level (106). 1.2 listen for abnormal noise and vibration.
1.3在泵运转时检查泵是否有泄漏。
1.3 check the pump for leakage when it is running.
注意:对于机械密封，在大多数情况下，由于汽化导致从密封泄液孔处观察不到泄漏，但有时少量而又稳定的泄漏是允许的。
Note: for mechanical seals, in most cases, no leakage can be observed from the seal drain hole due to vaporization, but sometimes a small and stable leakage is allowed.
2、每周检查与保养
2. Weekly inspection and maintenance
2.1对于已经停止工作一周以上的泵，应打开进、出口阀门，接通电动机电源，点动几次泵。
2.1 for the pump that has stopped working for more than one week, open the inlet and outlet valves, connect the motor power, and jog the pump several times.
2.2检查进、出口管道上的阀门是否可以工作正常。
2.2 check whether the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes can work normally.

3. Quarterly maintenance
3.1检查所有基础上的螺母和压紧装置的螺栓是否松动。
3.1 check whether nuts on all foundations and bolts of pressing device are loose.
3.2安装规定每三月把齿轮箱的油更换一次。松开齿轮箱(04)的放泄螺塞(130)，将齿轮油放掉。拧紧放泄螺塞，打开注油螺塞(131)，注入清洁的轻油，清洗齿轮箱。清洗干净后打开放泄螺塞，放掉轻油，拧紧放泄螺塞，从注油螺塞口注入规定的齿轮油至油标(106)中间，拧紧注油螺塞。
3.2 it is required to change the oil of gearbox every three months. Loosen the drain plug (130) of the gearbox (04) and drain the gear oil. Tighten the release plug, open the oil injection plug (131), inject clean light oil, and clean the gear box. After cleaning, open the drain plug, drain the light oil, tighten the drain plug, inject the specified gear oil from the oil filling plug to the middle of the oil mark (106), and tighten the oil filling plug.
4、每年的维护与保养
4. Annual maintenance
4.1检查联轴器的对中情况。
4.1 Check the alignment of coupling.
4.2对照泵和电机的铭牌的数值，检查泵的流量、压力和功率的情况。如果有必要，在压力和流量下降很多的情况下，则应对泵进行拆卸检修，更换维修已损坏的部件。当然如果泵的性能仍然令人满意，则无需拆泵维修。
4.2 check the flow, pressure and power of the pump against the nameplate values of the pump and motor. If necessary, when the pressure and flow drop a lot, the pump shall be disassembled for maintenance, and the damaged parts shall be replaced for maintenance. Of course, if the performance of the pump is still satisfactory, there is no need to dismantle the pump for maintenance.
