泥浆泵注意事项
Precautions for mud pump
泥浆泵开机前，请检查进水管、出水管是否有堵塞，向前后轴承是否加注黄油，检查盘根是否充满。泥浆泵工作时应配备高压清水泵，将大于泥浆泵压力的清水输向防漏填料，对填料进行防护，泥浆泵工作时不得关闭冲洗泵，否则，将使密封部分迅速磨损。叶轮与护板之间的间隙是否合理，对泥浆泵寿命影响很大。间隙不合理，则泵运转时产生振动与噪音，过流部件很快损坏，因此更换叶轮时，应注意使间隙满足图纸要求，间隙调整，可通过后轴承体上的调整螺钉来进行。泥浆泵的允许吸程是在输送清水时测定的，在抽吸泥浆时应考虑泥浆对吸上能力的影响。
Before starting the mud pump, please check whether the water inlet pipe and water outlet pipe are blocked, whether the front and rear bearings are filled with grease, and whether the packing is full. The mud pump shall be equipped with a high-pressure clean water pump to transfer the clean water greater than the pressure of the mud pump to the leakproof packing to protect the packing. The flushing pump shall not be shut down when the mud pump is working, otherwise, the sealing part will be quickly worn. Whether the clearance between impeller and guard board is reasonable has a great influence on the life of mud pump. If the clearance is unreasonable, the pump will produce vibration and noise during operation, and the overflow parts will be damaged quickly. Therefore, when replacing the impeller, attention should be paid to make the clearance meet the requirements of the drawing. The clearance adjustment can be carried out through the adjustment screw on the rear bearing body. The allowable suction head of mud pump is measured when delivering clear water. The influence of mud on suction capacity shall be considered when pumping mud.
