Heating reason of asphalt pump
沥青保温泵有普通材质和不锈钢材质，沥青泵一般都采用无泄漏全保温夹套结构，可以根据现场自身条件分别可以采用导热油、蒸汽、热水等热媒介质对泵进行保温;其工作原理依然是双齿轮啮合带动的方式，因为沥青粘度的关系，发电机动力不足以支撑粘度高速运转，产生的一系列的发热原因，主要有以下几点:
The asphalt heat preservation pump is made of common material and stainless steel material. The asphalt pump generally adopts the full heat preservation jacket structure without leakage. According to the site conditions, the heat medium such as heat conduction oil, steam and hot water can be used to heat preservation of the pump. Its working principle is still driven by double gear meshing. Because of the relationship of asphalt viscosity, the power of the generator is not enough to support the high-speed transportation of viscosity There are a series of causes of heat generation, mainly as follows:
1、粘稠沥青比重超过沥青泵所配电机，在平时购买沥青泵时，建议电机配置要大一些。
1. The proportion of viscous asphalt exceeds that of the motor equipped with the asphalt pump. When purchasing the asphalt pump at ordinary times, it is suggested that the motor configuration be larger.
2、沥青泵密封填料压盖子压得太紧或者机械密封弹簧调得太紧，也会出现发热原因。在安装油泵时，应该调整压盖或者机械密封的弹簧压缩量。
2. If the seal packing cover of asphalt pump is pressed too tightly or the mechanical seal spring is adjusted too tightly, there will also be heating reasons. When installing the oil pump, the spring compression of the gland or mechanical seal should be adjusted.
3、粘度沥青使用范围超过高粘度泵的设计要求，按系列型普选合适的电机。
3. The use range of viscosity asphalt exceeds the design requirements of high viscosity pump, and suitable motors are generally selected according to the series type.
4、泵的装配质量差，有摩擦处或者电机与泵轴不同心。
4. The assembly quality of the pump is poor, there is friction or the motor is not concentric with the pump shaft.
这些都可以在质检运行时排除故障，逐一分析，找出高粘度泵的电机过热的真正原因，进行调节维修，延长高粘度沥青泵电机寿命。
These can be eliminated in the quality inspection operation, one by one analysis, to find out the real reason of high viscosity pump motor overheating, to adjust and maintain, to extend the life of high viscosity asphalt pump motor.
